OFFICIAL RULES for "Free Living" Contest by Sundance Homes and Frontgate Homes.

1. Dates/Eligibility. The Sundance Homes and Frontgate Homes "Free Living" ("The Contest") begins on or about August 27th, 2007 and ends with the prize Giveaway on or about March 1st, 2008. Sundance Homes and Frontgate Homes may change the dates and/or terms of the Contest without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on website at www.sundancehomes.com (the "Site"), or on Frontgate Homes web site at www.frontgatehomes.com. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Utah, eighteen (18) years of age and older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase a participant's chance of winning. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of the Frontgate Sundance Alliance or its affiliates, or any entity associated with the sponsorship or conduct of the contest (collectively, the "Sponsors"), or any other television or radio station that serves the Salt Lake City, Utah area, as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agents, are ineligible to participate. Persons who have won a prize valued at $500 or more in the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the start of the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter. There several ways to enter this contest:

a) Visit any Sundance or Front)Gate Model Home or Sales Office for an entry form,

b) Entry forms are available by visiting any tie-in partner location during the specified week or weeks. Details to be provided

c) Mail an entry form to FREE LIVING CONTEST 5383 South 900 East #202 Murray Utah 84117

d) Log onto sundancehomes.com or frontgatehomes.com and enter online. A total of (10) ten pre-qualified winners will be randomly selected to win the grand prize, only one will win the grand prize, and you must be present to win. Pre-qualified winners will be notified by phone.

3. Selection of Grand Prize Winner. There will be 10 pre-qualified winners from which the Grand prize winner will be chosen, the other nine pre-qualified winners that do not win the grand prize will win the second place prizes. There will also be 500 third place prizes awarded; these prizes will constitute discount coupons for sponsor’s products. You must be present to win the grand prize.

4. Prizes. The grand prize winner will receive a one year lease at Belmont Station located in Sandy, Utah (approx. retail value $24,000.00). Along with the One Year lease, other Grand Prizes may include: One year of Free Groceries (approx. retail value $1200.00), a One Year UTA Trax Pass (approx. retail value $360.00), Free Utilities and HOA payments for 12 months (max value $2400.00). The Prize winners will be responsible for any taxes or fees that result from receiving the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc. Each of the qualified winners that do not receive the grand prize will receive the second place prizes. Second place prices will include a Free appraisal form Keelson Capital valued up to $500.00 when closing a new mortgage with Keelson Capital, $10,000 in Free Upgrades when purchasing any new Sundance or Frontgate Home, and a 33% listing discount on a home when listing your home with Sungate Properties. All prize terms and conditions will be fulfilled in winner's own personal name. There will be no substitution of cash or alternate prizes for any Contest winners. Prizes may be changed up to the final giveaway date without prior notice.

5. Conditions/Restrictions. In exchange for the right to enter the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and indemnify the Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees, from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of or are otherwise related to the participant's participation in the Giveaway. Entry into the Giveaway constitutes permission for the Sponsors and/or their respective designees to use the participant's name, likeness, portrait, voice and/or biographical material for an unlimited period of time in order to advertise promote or publicize the sponsors and/or the products and serves of any of their designees. As a condition of receipt of their prize, each winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to the Station and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release (including publicity release) as prepared by the Station. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate in and/or win the Giveaway will be subject to disqualification.

In the event that one or more of the ten finalist are not present on the Giveaway date, one or more alternates may be chosen.
